Section 14
To be informed to the authority
The chairman and members shall inform the authority about the following matters within thirty days of their appointment:- (a) details of the profession, employment or business and office in which they are engaged,
(b) whether he or any member of his household is a shareholder of any insurer, if so, the number of shares held,
(c) Whether or not he or any member of his household has been a director, officer, auditor or consultant of any insurer within the last three years,
(d) whether or not he or any member of his immediate family has acted as an insurance intermediary within the last three years,
(e) Details of movable and immovable property in the name of himself or his family.

(c) Whether or not he or any member of his household has been a director, officer, auditor or consultant of any insurer within the last three years,
(d) whether or not he or any member of his immediate family has acted as an insurance intermediary within the last three years,
